You have the choice of staying at either of them or to combine the two in your stay. The resort at the lake has the main spa with a full menu of spa programs, whereas the hotel in Cuernavaca has a smaller spa though most treatments are available on an a la carte basis. You can enjoy massages, body treatments, facials, exfoliations, mud and marine seaweed treatments, reductive treatments, anti-cellulite treatments, detoxifications, sauna, steam room, pressure shower and good beauty services.

Ecological, Cultural & Historical Tours:

Cuernavaca: Meaning "Close to the Trees" in Nahuatl, holds a wealth of culture and interesting activities. This tour will give you a 1/2 day overview. A typical tour includes major historical buildings, Borda Gardens, Robert Brady House and Museum, The Cathedral, Cortes Palace and the artisan's craft market. Picnic lunch provided.

Taxco: Known as the Silver Mining Capital of the World, is a gem of Mexico. A typical tour will begin with a visit to the Cathedral of Santa Prisca, a masterpiece of Colonial architecture. Next a leisurely tour through the cobble stoned streets where hundreds of silver shops give you an opportunity to buy directly from the craftsman.

Xochicalco Pyramids: In the native language Nahuatl means "place of the House of Flowers". It was constructed during the Epiclassic period between 700 and 900 AD. As the central part of a city complex that extended to the surrounding hilltops. The views from this hill are far reaching in all directions and are quite breathtaking. Picnic lunch provided.
