             Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn and Spa, a historic spa destination in the heart of the California Wine Country, has  completed a sweeping re-creation of its legendary spa. Completely rebuilt for the new Century, the spa’s inspiring new architecture reveals pools, baths, and treatment areas unique in the West. It is a true spa, created in the grand European tradition and based on the benefits of the property’s thermal mineral springs.
              Complementing the spa experience is the Inn’s historic championship golf course. Designed by the renowned team of Sam Whiting and Willie Watson, and originally part of the resort, the18-hole, 177-acre course has been re-acquired and rejuvenated, providing perhaps the most exciting and beautiful golf experience in the Wine Country.
             The magic of the thermal waters at Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa has attracted generations of visitors to the gentle atmosphere of the Wine Country. Now, and for generations to come, the new Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa is the perfect environment in which to enjoy the rare gift of nature’s presence.
             You may choose the ambiance you prefer by selecting either a Fairmont Heritage, Fairmont Wine Country, Fairmont Wine Country with Fireplace, Wine Country Suites and Mission Suites .  Each room has it's own charm, decor and personality so you may lose yourself in the surroundings that help you relax and give in to a total sense of revitalization.
             For hundreds of years, ancient thermal mineral waters have graced this site. First revered by native settlers as a bathing ground, the springs gained popularity among San Franciscans in the 1840s, when a bathhouse emerged to shelter the restorative waters. Generations of travelers have visited this site through the years to "take the waters" and witness its transformation from a rustic bathhouse to an elegant Spanish-Mission style Inn in 1927.
             Today, the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa is proud to be one of the only luxury Spa resorts in the country with our own source of thermal mineral water, which flows from 1,100 feet directly beneath the Inn at 135 degrees. Our Spa pays homage to ancient Egyptian, Greek and Roman civilizations, which believed in the axiom "Sanitas per Aquas," or healing through water.

Hotel Guests
$39 daily charge for all Hotel Guests without a scheduled spa treatment.

 Non-Hotel Premium Fees (per person)
Fee waived for Non-Hotel Guests scheduling two or more same day Body, Facial and/or Salon treatments
                    (each valued at $30 or more).
$49 daily charge for all Non-Hotel Guests scheduling less than two same day Body, Facial or Salon treatments
                    (each valued at $30 or more).
$89 daily charge for all Non-Hotel Guests wishing to use the Spa facilities without scheduling Spa treatments,
                  based  on availability.
         

                                             SPA PACKAGES
Cancellation/No Show PolicyCancellations must be made no less than 24 hours prior to treatment reservation or 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. No Shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. Same day reservations may not be cancelled.

Town and Country Package

     Experience the best of Northern California with this package featuring luxurious accommodations at two world-class Fairmonts, The Fairmont San Francisco and The Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa. 
    Enjoy two days in San Francisco, rated the highest scoring city in the world by the readers of Condé Nast Traveler magazine, and two days in Sonoma, home to California's famed wine region and soothing hot springs.  This ''town and country'' combination offers the perfect balance between exploration and restoration.

  • Two nights room accommodation in an elegant guestroom in San Francisco

  • Two tickets to either the Museum of Modern Art or the Asian Art Museum along with two commemorative cable car passes

Wildly seductive, the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa offers the ultimate couples retreat. And with the Romance in Wine Country Package, we offer the time and place -- to lock out the world, create moments of private conversation, laugh out loud or simply slip under the covers.

  • Two 50-minute Spa treatments (up to a value of $155 USD per treatment) per paid night
  • Breakfast in bed daily

 THE ROYAL TREATMENT DAY SPA PACKAGE   -   Package price per person $379
Includes entrance and use of the Spa facilities, mineral pools and fitness facilities, two 50- minute treatments of choice  (valued up to $149 each), your choice of a Classic Manicure or Shampoo & Blow Dry, a Spa gift and a smoothie. Treatments may not be shared. 

Please note, for your convenience an 18% service charge will be added to your spa experience.
