A choice of eight kinds of massage, six different
facials, hydrotherapy treatments and body purification programs, such as seaweed body
packs and balneo-therapy revitalizing baths, carefully blend natural products with
state-of-the-art spa therapies. Spa sampler packages are also available for travelers
staying elsewhere who are in need of a spa or such services as waxing and deluxe manicures
and pedicures.
The location of the resort and spa also
encourages guests to take the great outdoors part of their wellness experience. Guests can
begin their day with complementary use of the Sports Pavilion with its lifecycles,
treadmills, stair masters and free weights, or they can be joined by a personal trainer on
a morning sunrise walk along the ocean or a vigorous hike overlooking the Pacific in
Torrey Pines State Park. The services of one of the on-call personal trainers include
conducting customized workout, a stretching session., or a fitness assessment analyzing
body fat, flexibility, strength and endurance.

of chamomile. A cooling and soothing gel, rich in anti-oxidants and collagen
