    Ixtapan de la Sal is located 65 miles south west  of the Mexico City  Inter-national  airport, conveniently accessed by modern toll roads.  Archeological sites, natural caverns, and handicraft and silver shopping are some of the nearby points of interest.
    The 220 rooms and villas hotel has the requisite amenities of its 4-star category: Room service, cable TV, direct dial phone, laundry valet, concierge, house doctor, money exchange and ground transportation among others. 
     The resort is surrounded by lush tropical gardens,  clear and thermal mineral swimming pools, a private 9-hole golf course, lighted tennis courts, and 14 fountains depicting Mexico's history in Venetian tile murals.
