          A lovely Austrian Manor with a modern spa pavilion, located in the middle of the 36 acre"Kurpark", one of the oldest and loveliest parks in Austria. It has the richest iodine-brine springs in central Europe, which is used quite successfully for all types of physical ailments; chronic inflammations, degenerative rheumatic diseases, essential hyper- tension, chronic disorders of the Respiratory tract, circulatory, respiratory, joint & muscle problems,   the "drinking cure" and uniquely for Ocular diseases. In recent years the treatment with Iodine Baths has become indispensable for modern opthalmology.  It is also Austria’s only ophthalmic spa.
        The basis of the spa treatments are eleven iodine brine springs collected from wells and bores of the whole area around our property. They contain an iodine portion of up to 50 mg/kg of the water and in addition a number of stimulants, effective and regenerative substances, above all bromine.These substances considerably supplement the efficacy of the iodine.
      Our special " VITALITY OASIS " consisting of: Roman-bath "Vita Antiqua", Heated banks, jet shower massages, relaxing area with "Stressless" chairs with traditional music, juice,  tea and fruit bar offer ideal relaxation and harmony - the perfect getaway.
